Benefits coverage will end on your last day worked.
Here are your options for benefits you can choose to extend:
If you lose medical, dental or vision coverage, COBRA offers a way to continue health coverage for a limited period of time
You will generally receive COBRA paperwork in the mail from Inspira Financial (formerly PayFlex Systems) within 14 days of the end of your A-B health coverage.
If you elect and pay for COBRA coverage within the required timeframe, your medical, dental, and/or vision coverage will be reinstated retroactive to your last day of coverage under A-B's Plan.
If you're eligible and want to enroll in COBRA before you receive your letter from Inspira Financial in the mail, in most cases you can create an account here. Your member ID will be the last four digits of your SSN.

Health Savings Account Balances and Access to Flexible Spending Accounts with HealthEquity
HSAs are administered by HealthEquity.
Before your employment with A-B ends, change your HealthEquity Communication Preferences to Mail or your personal email. You can keep using your debit card until it expires if you keep your HSA with HealthEquity. All funds in your HSA are yours to keep!
The last day to incur eligible expenses for the Health Care FSA is your last day worked.
Dependent Care FSA expenses can be incurred through the end of the current year. All claims need to be filed by March 31 of the following year. If COBRA is applicable to your Health Care FSA, you will be notified by Inspira Financial.
